Frequently Asked Questions 1. Do the silky chenille sacks snag?  Do toenails get caught?  How well do they wash? The poodle fur chenille is extremely resilient.  It washes well in hot water, has never snagged, and we've yet to be notified of any ferret catching a nail on it. My youngest f erret refuses to sleep in anything else.  She even climbs back into her cage during playtime to sleep in them.  As anyone wise in the ways of Ferrets will know, they do not willingly go back into their cage. 2. What other customized products do you make? Our matching show cage pads have proven popular among the cat fancier community, while our hammock and sleep sack sets are a favorite among ferrets (and their owners.) We've even had request for human-sized sleep sacks! 3. How do you select your fabrics? We use several suppliers to provide us with the speciality fabrics and patterns we and our customers like. While aesthetics and durability are extremely important to us, our top consideration is comfort. We have a household of kittens, cats, guinea pigs and ferrets, many of whom are among some of our most particular and demanding clients. No fabric stays in production if it doesn't meet the paws-and-claws up test. 4. How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs varies more by size than weight of the package . After placing your order, we will get back to you with a total, including a breakdown per item and shipping fees.   5. Do you take credit cards? Yes. We are able to accept credit cards through our PayPal Account. 6. Do you have a brick-and-mortar store? No. We work out of our home, but we often do sell at ferret and cat shows.
